1. The busiest downtown area in Okinawa Prefecture as well as the biggest shopping/amusement district in Naha City.

2. Known as the “miracle mile” because it was developed from just 1.6 km of empty land after World War II.

3. This avenue was named after the Ernie Pyle International Theater, which closed in 1948.

4. Visitors can find a variety of restaurants, hotels, and souvenir shops.

5. Makishi Kohsetsu Ichiba (Makishi Public Market) known as the “kitchen of Okinawa” is located adjacent to the avenue.

6. With the Yui Monorail, Kokusai Dori is within several minutes walking distance from Anri Station, Makishi Station, Kencho-mae Station, and Mie-bashi Station.
