4. Amateur performances resemble the awaodori dances of Tokushima Prefecture.
How to dance
1. Raise both arms straight up with palms facing forward.
2. Men make fists while women leave the palms open.
3. Turn both fists/palms to the right and wave to the right like opening a sliding door.
4. Then turn both fists/palms to the left and wave to the left like closing a sliding door.
5. Repeat the above while stepping in place.
